Scattered Teens: A Camp to Help Disorganized Teens and Teens with ADHD A Summer Camp designed to help improve your teen’s executive functioning skills, including memory, initiation, focus and attention, and organization. This camp is appropriate for middle schoolers and high schoolers who are struggling to stay organized.

Welcome to our full service paddleboard adventure company! We offer Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Skills Training for all skill levels, SUP Yoga, Local Excursions, Sunset SUP Socials, stopping off at coffee shops and restaurants, local excursions within Hampton Roads, board rentals and our absolute favorite teenager adventure camp! We offer a Bring Your Own Board (BYOB) or Board Provided price for all classes and events.

This Handwriting & Fine Motor Summer Camp will focus on the underlying skills your child needs to develop for writing such as hand strengthening, pencil grasp, fine motor skills as well as writing, copying, letter formation and legibility. Led by an Occupational Therapist. Each day your child will take home some fine motor “tools” they can use at home to continue working on their hand strength, fine motor skills and handwriting!

Helping Hands Therapy Services' therapeutic summer camps offers intensive bursts (up to 6-8 hours) of skilled Occupational Therapy and /or Speech Therapy in a small group format, allowing for growth in physical strength, coordination, social skills, language skills, communication, confidence, emotional regulation and more.

Get Fit Move and Groove Social Skills Camp A therapeutic camp led by a licensed speech therapist and/or occupational therapist where we will be using movement, exercise, and other activities to get your child up and moving while working on coordination, motor skills, peer interaction and collaboration and social skills and so much more!

Sensory Explorers Summer Camp! A therapeutic camp led by a licensed speech therapist and/or occupational therapist where we will be using sensory play to work on improving language skills, social skills, direction following, and fine motor skills and so much more! Ages 4-6 years old

Mindfulness and Anxiety Camp for Teens and Tweens 

AUGUST 20-22nd 9:30-11:30 

A Camp Focusing on Managing Stress and Anxiety and Teaching Coping Strategies to Teens and Tweens.

This Camp will be held at our Virginia Beach, Haygood Location and is led by an Occupational Therapist

Campers can't Stop Raving about All the Fun they have at Camp MTS! Campers dive deep into music production while learning how to use the most important tools & tricks of the trade. Every Camper will participate in the end of the week showcase where they share their group projects with their peers.

Your camper will explore everything the Nauticus campus has to offer as they dive into STEM-based activities onboard our Harbor 20 sailboats, the schooner Virginia, the battleship Wisconsin and inside our reimagined discovery center!

Hone your boating skills at this water-based summer camp. Campers will spend time exploring the Elizabeth River and its tributaries during this advanced sailing camp week. They’ll voyage aboard our Harbor 20 sailboats, Schooner Virginia, and other various watercraft discovering Norfolk and Portsmouth via water! Our ratio of staff to students is 3:1 making this a hands-on, engaging opportunity for your camper!

This year our summer camp program is focused on daily music & arts, digitalization, and Bible. Each week will start with a new theme for each of these programs, in addition to our weekly fun activities. Summer camp is open to all students, who are rising 1st - 7th graders (completed K - 6th). All students are welcome, even if you do not attend our Academy during the school year.

Summer’s Best Two Weeks is a transformative camp experience for grades K-8th to introduce kids to a variety of sports, develop their skills, and teach them to honor God and respect one another in the way they compete in sports and all of life.

We have one and two-week camp options in 9 different locations from Suffolk to the Shore and the cost is $150/week ($75/week for Half day) and scholarships are available to make camp accessible for all.

We also offer Summer Intensive- June 17- August 2 Ages 12+ For those ages 12 and up that wish to begin a new class subject or polish their skills. We offer Musical Theatre ( open to all), Tap 1-2 ( newer tappers ), Tap 3-4 (experienced tappers), Acting (open to all) and Jazz 1-2 (newer dancers) and Jazz 3-4 (experienced dancers)
