Run Free Kids Club Spring Registration NOW OPEN!!
Since 2020, Mental Health has become the focus of all age groups. Studies have shown an increase in anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout among our youth due to the social consequences of lockdowns, and schools going virtual.
Run Free Kids Club offers a program that not only focuses on physical health by teaching the fundamentals of running but also focuses on empowering our youth! We encourage teamwork, positive self-talk, and image, our role in the community, how to set goals, and encourage the use of YET and individual resiliency by learning how to overcome challenges using our Power words. We teach these fundamental tools through games and short lessons that they can apply to every aspect of their life. We make it fun and the transformation in mindset is amazing.

Spring Session 2023
This 8-week Empowerment program uses running and physical fitness as an innovative tool– most kid's programs do not directly work on these concepts and It is for kids of ALL fitness levels.
Practices usually last one hour and are divided into three main areas. Warm-up and discussion, drill of the day, and end-of-class game. We want children to leave practice both sweaty and smiling.
